Emotional Intelligence

We can’t control the world around us, but we can control and develop how we respond to it and show up in it - and that’s often the difference between success and failure.

What is Emotional Intelligence?

Emotional Intelligence (EI) can be defined as a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.

Why is EI important?

People high in emotional intelligence communicate effectively, form strong relationships, and create powerful coping strategies. It’s the ultimate competitive edge in life, work and leadership. Emotional intelligence is not a static factor – to the contrary, one’s emotional intelligence changes over time and can be developed in targeted areas.

Scientific Approach

The EQ-i 2.0 is the first scientifically validated Emotional Intelligence (EI) tool in the world. It gives us a framework and understanding of the interconnectedness of the 15 essential factors that are significant predictors of personal and professional success.
The assessment tool is delivered online, using a secure site and involves responding to 133 statements, taking approximately twenty minutes to complete.
